This is an interesting job where precision needs to be perfected; we have removed the piers under this house and replaced them with heavy steel beams.
The catch to this job is we have a tiled bath room on above us and extreme care needs to be taken as we don’t want to crack tiles or even break the water proofed membrane below the tiles .
The timber beams had to be replaced with the new steel beams without a millimeter of movement
